LEE Filters MFP reviews

Multi Filter Pouch is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 38.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Pouch I like the Cordura material they used to make this pouch as well as the construction. The specification stated it can hold 10 filters, however, I have already have 6 filters in it and it seems to fit snug. I'm not certain it will become very tight with 10 filters. I like the felt sleeves that you slip the filter inside it easily and it flips like you would with a binder. The pouch opens up like a book and the sleeves are divided in half, 5 each on the right and left of the cover. There are soft padding inside of the front and back cover to cushion the fiters. The front cover has an index card that you can label your filters and comes with a few extra cards. I think it is a bit on the pricey side for a pouch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A worthwhile acquisition I think the filter pouch is definitely worth getting if you own several filters. Each Lee filter comes in its own padded pouch but it can be a bit of a pain to get them in and out of these, and even 3 or 4 filters these pouches would take up more space than the 10 filter pouch. The 10 filter pouch has felt sleeves that make it much easier to insert/extract filters and keeping them all in the one place has definite benefits, especially quick access. It is a reasonably bulky item (2 thick) but I don't find this a problem as I carry it in a compartment of my camera pack, and I know my filters are being kept safe. The individual felt holders in this pouch do not come with labels you can use to mark to identify filters, but there is an index card you can write on that fits into a sleeve on the pouch cover.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as it is supposed to I'm giving this one a four star because I think for the price the company could have made provisions to label each pocket for identification. Also, I think it could be easier to use for both the 4x4 and 4x6. With the 4x6 there is really no problem retrieving the filter but the 4x4 gives me some concern. Overall it is a very strong case but large and takes a bit of space in my camera bag or back pack. Does protect the filters very well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice tool for organization Use to hold lee filters or other filters square rectangular filters up to 4x6. It is nicer to have all of your filters in one place than to have multiple separate pouches. It is also easier to get the filters out of this pouch than the one provided with the filter. This will make it faster and your filters come out with less fingerprints and oil on them. Downsides are it is a little larger than the provided pouches on the length side and is less maneuverable in your bag. This is especially important if backpacking with or doing nature landscape shoots. It is also heavier than the provided filter pouches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lee Makes Quality Products For anyone that's looking to protect there glass and resin filters this is it. Nothing is perfect 100% but this does come close, I was wondering why Lee didn't make a 20 sleeve version to this but then again it makes some sense to store 10 at a time.I'm new to Lee filters but from what I can say so far is that its all quality and nothing else.To have things the way I want I also added a lanyard to my pouch for a more convenient carry, I can hang it on my side with a carabiner or on my tripod, and for my big stopper all I did was sew a thin line across the bottom so it's locked the same way as the 4x6 ones.As for the label, I use labels that stick to the velvet with names of my filters making it like chapters when I turn the pages. This pouch is so strong that you can mod it to your hearts desires.I will be getting another one in the future for my other color filters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product: Read it to know more There were mixed reviews about this product and this made me think a lot. I feel sorry to the snobs writing misleading reviews. Let me be clear: 1. Individual pockets do not have place to label but you can of course add some sticky tape and write on it. 2. More over I am using Singh Ray ND grad and Reverse ND grad. Singh ray writes product information on their filters in one line and this part remains popped out of the pocket revealing what they are. 3. And I put I polarizer in Sprooket Mount which obviously remains buried deep inside the pocket but that's ok, how much do you expect more? 4. Again, I did stitch a strap to hang it from my tripod. Free Advice: Folks, if you want to customize things then do it yourself and be ready to pay around $100. I would say this is pretty good for it's price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good protection No issues with the zipper or the protection. The only thing I would recommend is making sure that you block any potential sand that the wind might blow into the pockets. Thankfully Lee filters are pretty scratch resistant, but I had a piece of sand in the pocket that created a line on the filter - a little filter cleaner and it came right off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product This is an excellent product for carrying 4 x 6 filters but I also carry my regular filters. Each filter is held in an individual, soft cloth sleeve. I've used it in the rain and snow and its weather resistant! Nice product if you own multiple filters and don't want to carry them in an individual pouch!
