    Windows 10

    Start Menu
After its hiatus in Windows 8, the Start Menu has returned. Utilizing a combination of the traditional menu system and Windows 8's Live Tiles, the improved Start Menu gives you more information at a glance, showing notification information alongside your applications and other pinned items.
Microsoft's digital personal assistant, Cortana can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Using her Notebook, Cortana keeps track of your needs and wants, and she learns over time to improve her information gathering skills.
    Microsoft Edge
After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With Microsoft Edge, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser.
    Windows Store
For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically.
    Windows Continuum
Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it's not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well.
    Xbox on Windows 10
Gaming is a big focus of Windows 10. Xbox integration allows for PC players to match up against Xbox One players on supported games, and if you have an Xbox One, you can even stream compatible titles to your PC. Native support for recording with the new Game DVR feature makes it easy to capture and share your gameplay. The new DirectX12 takes better advantage of multi-core processors, giving games a performance boost, even on older hardware. Windows 10 also features native support for virtual reality headsets, such as the Oculus Rift.
    Windows 10 Pro
The Pro version of Windows 10 includes all of the features of Windows 10 Home plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access. Devices will also be able to join domains and the Azure Active Directory, and they can even access a specialized version of the Windows Store featuring custom, company-specific applications.

HP ZBook Studio X360 G5 Reviews

    15.6" ZBook Studio x360 G5 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Mobile Workstation is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Work Station I am an artist specializing in Zbrush and photoshop and if you are considering this computer its likely because you are tired of waiting for Wacom to get their Mobile Studio Pro 2 out, or you really need that workstation quality build with the capacity to upgrade which you dont get with Wacom or most 2 in 1 products.  Keyboard is great, lots of snap very comfortable but no num pad - who cares right? Speakers and headphone port is great, clear and loud. Fans when on are not loud, maybe on par with an Apple product maybe a little louder but not gaming laptop loud. Screen is PERFECT. Its clear, responsive and it is DREAM COLOR, but know its glossy so if you are worried about glare get a screen protector. Other than the software that supports the screen, and resolution settings, there is also a little sticker in the upper right hand corner that says its dream color.  So there. Battery life is ok, the screen will kill your battery but if you need to there is a slider (software) that will help in those situations. Full brightness and pushing the thing youll get what most computers get but at best maybe 6 hours at a lower setting. Much better than a gaming laptop though. The pen is great, palm rejection seems to work, and sensitivity is really good. If you are used to working on a cintiq, yes this isnt as good, but its a real close second, and I cant tell the difference between 4000+ vs 8000+ points of pressure anyway. Overall this is a great way to have a powerful computer with a cintiq like screen.  That said I went with this over the Zbook x2 detachable because I need the CPU and GPU performance, plus I was worried 14 would not be enough screen to work comfortably. So I had a crazy plan of using the HP Zbook Studio x360 in tablet mode with a little bluetooth keyboard that folds up for traveling and its working like a charm.  With the keyboard  I have the benefit of hotkeys and maneuvering in 3D programs and Im not loosing screen space to buttons -- BTW the HP Zbook X2 detachable has buttons on the screen that are useless for 3d navigation, only one button at a time so if you do Zbrush/maya/blender and so on it wont work and youll need the keyboard anyway. All the specs are accurate. In case you need to add ram, mine came with 1X16gb dim of ecc so you can another for about $150 to take you up to 32gb. I added a Samsung evo 970 1tb and switched it over as the primary drive and its noticeably faster on boot up, however, the computer is terribly fast without it and may not be worth it to some. I went with B and H because the computer comes with a 3 year warranty from HP (I asked and looked over the documentation) and is $1000+ cheaper than going through HP.  You will notice at HP they sell a Xeon 6core with a real bad screen (FHD IPS ), it was so bad I had to return it because there was a hot beam that followed your eyes and bad viewing angles, and inconsistent color for about the same price as this one here at B and H. Shipping was crazy fast (2 days) at no extra cost, it was well protected around a larger box and packing. When you do big procedures it will get warm but its not throttling or anything, the body is thick enough to accommodate airflow and proper heatsinks.  Know though that this isnt a thin a light, its about the same thickness as an older MacBook so considering the hardware its about as thin and light as you can hope and very portable. Before this I thought my only option was to wait for Wacom or to take a shot at the new Hp Spectre which has a Nvida 1050ti and 4.1 6core, but honestly Im glad I didnt go consumer grade. This is a pro workstation and for those of you who are willing to take the plunge I think youll be really happy. Final note, update everything when you get it, there are drivers and the like and though I had no problems getting my pen to work I do know that if there are issues with tablet mode and windows ink that has been the #1 culprit in other situations of 2 in 1 products.  Geekbench gave this system a score around 5800 or so if that means anything to you.
