Is this camera capatible with OS High Sierra and PS CS6?
Asked by: Barry
The Apple Photos program within the Mac High Sierra OS is not compatible with C-Lux Raw files. Raw file support as it pertains to specific camera models and Mac OS versions can be found through the link below. https://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=search&type=organic&src=support_searchbox_psp&locale=en_US&q=raw+support The last Camera Raw plug-in released for Adobe PS CS6 was version 9.1.1 The C-Lux Raw file requires a minimum version of 10.3 A work-around solution might be to use the Adobe DNG Converter. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

question

Is there a thermal limit when shooting 4K video clips maybe 5 mins or so and shuts down for cooling ?
Asked by: Kapriel
Ten minutes is the longest one would want to create 4K videos. The camera will give the user a warning about getting overheated, and at about fifteen minutes shooting 4K it may shutdown ,

question

How is it different from Panasonic ZS-200 ? (besides some of the button shapes).
Asked by: Julian
It does have an international warranty, if that makes a difference to you. I bought mine for a trip to southeast Asia and the C-Lux provided coverage in case I had problems with the camera while out of the USA

Battery life?
Asked by: Juan Carlos
I bought the C-Lux for a recent trip to Southeast Asia. I was on the go alot and did not want to deal with a bulky bag and lenses. I purchased an extra battery and charger but most of the time I was able to go a couple of days between charges. I usually take between 75 - 100 shots a day.
