I've used the Light Dome Mini II with the Aputure 600D as a fill light for talent in outdoor setups in full sun where the Light Dome II is too diffuse for the power I need. Also works well in interior interview setups on the Aputure 60X as a back light or kicker.

This is my 3rd Aputure Light diffuser and this is perfect for on the go photo or video. I Took it on an engagement shoot and it was really easy to carry around. The light sets up and breaks down extremely quickly and easily... much like the Godox Parabolic diffuser. The bowens mount works great when switching between the flash mounts and my Aputure 120d or 300x.

What is its depth? I now have 2 Light Dome II but ...
What is its depth? I now have 2 Light Dome II but they take up too much space in my small room with a 11' green screen. I need to be able to light the green screen and would like to get at least 6' space for subjects.
The depth of this Light Dome Mini II is just over 11 inches.

Yes, as mentioned by the other respondents, you could use the AD200 (or a typical shoe-mounted flash with a wireless receiver or TTL cable) with the Godox S bracket to use this. If you prefer an alternative with a metal ring in particular, you could use a combination of these two items to mount the AD200 (or AD200 Pro or AD100 Pro) in a bracket that would hold the Mini Light Dome II (or another Bowens mount modifier):

So you can hang material to flag the light, etc. Look at their Lantern modify for examples of this. The Light Dome Mini does not come with any flagging material, whereas the Lantern and Space Light do.

How does this compare to the Light Dome II? I'm thinking of buying this one because of the lower price tag + I feel the smaller footprint will make it more versatile. Is there something I'm missing?
The Aputure Light Dome II would be larger as well as deeper, thus allowing for a softer light versus using the Light Dome Mini II.

Does this work with a universal size speedring? In other words can it be used with for example a 144mm Profoto or Elinchrom speedring?
The ring insert size is 133mm and it is interchangeable. Maybe a 130 would work
