When will Prime Video be supported as an application on the Android OS? The built in Chromecast also won't support Prime video; so this makes this difficult to sell as a one-stop shop. Also video freezing on YouTube TV is constant; hopefully a fix soon?

Asked by: Geek Out Solutions
An unofficial app can be downloaded through an app called Downloader. Look on YouTube for tutorials about this.

Is there a way to adjust the google assistant volume level? If I'm watching TV at a higher volume and ask Google a question, the response is very loud.

Asked by: imdjg
The Google Assistant (GA) volume follows the general volume set on the bar. The GA volume CAN'T BE adjusted independently from the Link Bar volume.

There is a glitch with the application YouTube TV; after ~20 minutes the video will freeze when streaming TV; but the audio continues. Tested on 7 different bars; all the same. Channel change resumes normal video. Youtube TV Devs say to go to JBL. Ideas?

We have no news to share if JBL Link Bar will be supporting Dolby Atmos. As of the moment, we have our JBL Bar 9.1 TWS which supports Dolby Atmos.

It works fine but after using it one day and try to use it again the next day it does not responde and I have to disconect it from power to make a hard reset and make it work again. This happens every single day. Any idea?

Asked by: Rescor
If you mean to say that your Link Bar isn't responding to voice commands, try to check for the following: - Check if the Privacy Switch (Mute) button is enabled. - On the Settings menu, go to Device preference > Google, and check if "Ok, Google" detection is enabled. - Make sure that there isn't anything blocking the microphones. However, if what you meant was your Link Bar isn't responding at all to button presses or voice commands, please reach out to our EMEA Support for direct assistance. https://eu.jbl.com/contactus
