Unfortunately, the Bright Tangerine Left Field ARRI-Style Dovetail Plate is not Manfrotto compatible. It is an ARRI dovetail standard. Consider instead the Bright Tangerine Manfrotto Dovetail for RED V-RAPTOR and the Bright Tangerine Manfrotto Riser for 15mm Baseplate (RED V-RAPTOR). See the links below:

As defined in the product's Overview, this is a 4" ARRI Standard Dovetail, whereas the one you linked in your inquiry is a 12" version.
