Lowepro BP 350AW II Reviews

Excellent camera backpack

I highly recommend this bag. It has capacity for my Nikon Z6 with a 24/70 lens, wide angle 17/24, telephoto 50/250, speed light SB 700, 4 camera batteries filters, case for camera cards, drone and table. Bag is well constructed, strong and yet light.

Protective bag

This pack is very sturdy and protective for your gear but is lacking comfort. Unless you have the sternum strap securely fastened the shoulder straps have a tendency to pull away from and slipping off your shoulders. I have never experienced this in any other pack I have owned and is the reason for only getting two stars from me.

This back pack comes with dividers than cen be personalized. I think the outer zipper could have been placed better. But I am happy overall. Carries my r5 with 100-500mm and 24-104 and tripod.

Carry on backpack

I really only use backpacks for packing for travel. Once at my destination I carry one camera over my shoulder and one on my neck. So this backpack is actually a bit small for my Nikon Z6II with a 100-400mm, 1.4 teleconverter and battery grip including my Z6 with a 24-200mm lens but is perfect for taking on a plane. With a bit of rearranging of the dividers I was able to create the perfect airline carryon backpack. I still have room for my Kindle tablet and all my power cords and chargers. The water bottle attachment will come in handy as well as the additional add on pouch.

Best camera backpack for travel

I bought this backpack as an upgrade to my previous Lowepro camera bag. I' very pleased with how much more I can fit in this new model, and the convenience of the top and side access. The quality is extraordinary and I know that my high end camera equipment will be well protected at all times. Lowepro truly outsmarted themselves. With this advanced design. I'm happy to own one and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Just right for travel!

This pack is just right for my Sony a9, and two lenses (200-600 and 24-240), plus chargers and external hard drive. My HP laptop is a tight, but perfect, fit. The provided auxiliary straps give my mePhoto tripod the most secure fit I've had on a backpack. It's an easy fit in overhead airline storage.

Met most of my requirements

I had a few very specific requirements for a backpack. I needed something I could fit my camera in with two lens along with my laptop that I could carry onto the plane. It needed to have a belt. So far so good. This is the one. I accidentally purchased another version of this backpack that only fit an iPad, not a laptop, and had to return it. The top of the backpack is just the right size for my mini iPad and a few other incidentals. What I don't like about the backpack are the zippers. The top is hard to open and close. The side pockets - make sure that you close them, otherwise things will fall out. Similarly the velcro on the accessaries needs to be very carefully attached. I am not a fan. Luckily this meets my basic needs.

This backpack is amazing! It fits all my equipment and I love all the features. I only wish it could sit flat on the bottom when I sit it down, but otherwise, I love it!

I’m torn between the 450 and 350, but prefer a smaller backpack. I never carry a laptop. Will the 350 comfortably carry a D850 without grip, 2.8 30-70, 70 -200, additional lenses and still have plenty of room for flash units, charges, cords, etc.?
Asked by: William Stuart
You will want to purchase the 450 with your equipment; the 450 is rated to fit the 70-200 comfortably and safely. It will also have plenty of room for the extra lenses and other equipment you want to fit in your bag.
