Alpine Astronomical FUBVRI-I overview

Use the Alpine Astronomical Baader High Infrared CCD Photometric Imaging I-Filter to capture images of the night sky in a targeted wavelength with your CCD imaging system. Centered on the 790nm wavelength, its bandpass is located high above the visual spectrum in the infrared range, passing a wavelength the human eye cannot detect but imaging sensors can, to produce unique custom images when used by itself or when stacking and layering with images captured in other wavelengths. The glass filter is precision planeoptically polished for distortion-free throughput, and dielectrically coated to maximize transmission through it. It comes mounted in a standard 1.25" eyepiece filter frame for easy compatibility with most imaging system nosepieces, extension tubes, and eyepieces.
