Looking for clarification on the 3.5" adapter. ...

Looking for clarification on the 3.5" adapter. Based of what been answered so far it appears to terminate as a TRRS (Headphones/Microphone) in one connector. The feedback in a previous answer seems to state the is a TRRS to two TRS (One being Stereo Headphones the other Stereo Microphone). Is this the case?
Asked by: Todd
The headset comes with a single plug for both microphone and earphones. An adaptor is supplied that can split the signal to a line for the headphones and a separate connector for the microphone.
