Fitting the rods through the sleeves and then ...

Fitting the rods through the sleeves and then into the mounting holes of the tubes is extremely difficult (especially the last rod). I was afraid I would rip the fabric, and had to remove the assembly from the bracket to complete the job. Very difficult. Can you suggest an easier way to do this than what was written in the printed directions that came with the unit?
Asked by: Richard
To be perfectly honest, there really is not an easy way to assemble. I'm terrified as well of ripping the fabric, especially if you're constantly on location there will be a lot of wear and tear. I just make sure I go slow enough that nothing pulls on the fabric. Aside from assembly, this really is a great product, and it works very well for what I need. This would be perfect if you have a studio where you're not having to disassemble and reassemble constantly.
