This Westcott Flex Cine DMX RGBW LED Mat Single Light Fixture Kit is assembled to provide you with a flexible 1 x 2' LED mat lighting kit that is ready for use in studio or on location. The kit includes the 1 x 2' RGBW LED mat, a Wireless DMX control module that supports both wired and wireless DMX and controls the functions of the LED mat. Also included is an AC adapter that powers the mat via the dimmer, a Scrim Jim frame, Yoke, softbox, eggcrate for the softbox, and a gear bag for storing and transporting the kit.

Yes it can. The RGBW lights require a 26V V-Mount battery, which is Westcott Part #7583 (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1435486-REG/westcott_7583_26v_lithium_ion_battery_for.html)

You can use 14.4V batteries (requires 2) using the Westcott Dual V-Mount Battery Adapter (MFR #7718) or Westcott Dual Gold Mount Battery Adapter (MFR #7719)
