Excellent performance from the Memory Module. Increased the Memory to 64GB after installing AI user software. 16GB memory from the factory was to slow, now it is fast. Just what I needed. Perfect!

Good product at a good price. I am running a HP omen with dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint 19.3. Windows runs and boots faster after the additional Ram was added. Linux, well that is another story. Linux was fast before the addition, with the additional Ram it screams. I run a lot of graphics programs in Linux and the added Ram just makes the system run so much better. Greatest thing I could have done for $60.

Nothing much to say other than it works as advertised. I love the fact it was about 30% cheaper than the other retail outlets with free shipping. I'm liking B&H

what is the difference between DIMM and UDIMM ...

what is the difference between DIMM and UDIMM memory sticks?
Asked by: Tj
RDIMM is REGISTERED memory and UDIMM is UNREGISTERED memory. This means a few things: UDIMM is limited to two DIMMs per memory channel and UDIMMs offer slightly better memory bandwidth for one DIMM per channel. However when using two or three DIMMs per channel, you will get better memory bandwidth with RDIMMs

Would this module be able to work alongside a DIMM module? If this module is UDIMM, will it work with another module that's exactly the same (apart from the DIMM factor)?
Asked by: The Pie Guy
Here's a breakdown of my current understanding of DIMM: There are four mainstream types of DIMM: 1. UDIMM - Unbuffered/Unregistered 2. RDIMM - Buffered/Registered 3. FBDIMM- Fully Buffered 4. SO-DIMM - laptop ram And "DIMM" is actually just the generic form factor name, which is used to refer to consumer/desktop-grade unbuffered ram, aka UDIMM.

intel or amd?
Asked by: Lev
This does work with both AMD or Intel processors. You just have to make sure it compatible with the speed of the motherboard that you have and if your motherboard can support an additional 16GB of RAM.
