Hello, got a few questions. First, I asked this already, but it somehow got lost, can Nintendo Switch be recorded like that if the PS4/Xbox One? Also, the Atomos site mentioned an accessories kit; will that be available in the near future and will I need to buy SSDs separately if I choose that option?
Hello, you can most definitely record from a gaming device HDMI source no problems. and yes sine we don't make any SSD's or media, you'll have to purchase that separately. currently we have no announcement on an accessories kit for the ninja v.

Hi all. I just got the new iPhone 14pro. I was wondering if this unit would be compatible with the camera or Filmic Pro to externally record via HDMI. Any thoughts would be helpful!
The Atomos Ninja V 5" 4K Recording Monitor with 500GB Angelbird AtomX SSDmini Kit should be able to record a video feed from an iPhone 14 Pro, the only caveat would be that you would not be able to record ProRes RAW.

Anyone know how long can you record 1080p? Five hours of 1080p on a 240GB?
That will vary depending on the frame rate and compression that you choose. ProRes HQ 60p 223GB/Hr 30p 112GB/Hr 24p 90GB/Hr ProRes 60p 150GB/Hr 30p 75GB/Hr 24p 60GB/Hr ProRes LT 60p 104GB/Hr 30p 52GB/Hr 24p 42GB/Hr 240GB is not a lot of space if you plan to record 5 hours of footage we recommend 1TB or more if you plan to record in standard ProRes or ProRes HQ or 500GB for ProResLT

Can I record with Atomos ninja V 5 4k at 60 fps ...
Can I record with Atomos ninja V 5 4k at 60 fps with the Sony FS5 mark1 ?
Are you looking to capture RAW 4k 60? The reviews of the sdi adapter for this monitor (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1471487-REG/atomos_atomxsdi01_atomx_sdi_module_for.html/reviews) are mentioning that the monitor will not accept the 4k RAW signal from the FS5. I can record UHD @ 60fps out of my sony a7RIII via HDMI, but nothing above 8-bit. I'm not sure what the full output specs are for the FS5, but if RAW/10-bit isn't a priority then you might be able to record 4k60 in 8-bit, maybe even 10-bit with the sdi? RAW is definitely a no go though.
