The baffle and outer diffuser can stay on the light while in storage so it's always ready to use. Tear down is a breeze too. Just remove the softbox from the light and release the umbrella-like mechanism inside (if a grid is attached, remove that first),and the softbox collapses right down. The diffusion panels can be kept in place during take down since they do not need to be removed before collapsing the softbox. The EZ-Pro also comes with its own carrying bag.
