The Fxlion BP-M98 Dual Square Compact Battery & Charger Kit (98Wh, V-Mount) is safe for carry on luggage. Batteries over 101wh are must be approved by airline/TSA prior to flight.

Would this be suitable for a Sony PMW-350 or similar? And if so, would it give the same performance as a battery such as the IDX CUE-D95? Lastly, is an IDX charger compatible?

The PMW-350 has a V-Mount Battery plate. This battery will work with that camera and at 98Wh has a similar capacity. Also, it will work be compatible with an IDX V-Mount charger.
