Make full use of your existing Canon EF and EF-S-mount lenses on your Sony E-mount mirrorless camera with this Pro Fusion Plus Smart AF Adapter from Fotodiox. Featuring FUSION technology, this intelligent adapter features electronic contacts that fully maintain autofocus, auto-exposure, and image stabilization capabilities as well as transfer Exif data and enable aperture adjustment from the camera body. Also, an AF Mode toggle switch can be used to set the adapter to respond to either contrast-detection or phase-detection autofocus, depending on the mode the camera supports. The Plus version of this adapter further adds a micro-USB port to the design, which is used to update the adapter's firmware for future lens support and bug fixes. Complementing the electronic sophistication, this adapter is also characterized by its durable chrome-plated brass construction and removable 1/4"-20 tripod mount to help support heavier lenses.

FotodioX EOS-SNYE-FUSION-PLUS Reviews
The one that works
I tried several adapters for Canon EF glass to my Sony A7 series bodies. This one was the most viable for the largest number of lenses I tried and it is the only one I kept.
Works For Me
I've used Fotodiox products in the past to adapt FD and Pentax Takumar lenses to my t5i and Takumar to my Canon FD A-1. They made solid adapters so I gave them a shot when I purchased an A7rII body and got their fusion plus adapter. I decided it wouldn't hurt to try an adapter before selling my t5i and efs 18-55, ef 50mm 1.4, and ef 24-70mm 4.0. The adapter works well with all three lenses and I've had no issues with the focus yet. I can change the aperture value just fine and there this iris toggle on the adapter that I find too weird to use. The other switch on the adapter toggles the focus modes but I don't really understand how it works. The one issue I have with the adapter though is the lag when you turn the camera on. It takes about 2 seconds for the camera to power up when the adapter is on. But for shooting basic headshots and scale models for my insta it works for me. All I really cared for was that the autofocus worked and it did so I'm happy. Insert thumbs up here*
Does Not Work, and has spelling errors on the device itself.
(0 STARS) I was quick to purchase this adapter, as that AF was promised with it, and I liked that there was a somewhat functional adapter that was well under 400$. About a week after buying this, I realized id been dooped yet again by this company Fotiodox (who didnt respond to my messages on instagram prior to writing this review just recently). If you look at the AF Detection modes, youll realize that Contrast is incorrectly spelled (Contast) in the photos of the product and in the actual product when you hold it. This is just horrid unprofessionalism in my personal opinion. Not coming thru on promised features the second time around and then having spelling errors on your actual equipment? Lets put it this way, if you want a converter for your EF to Sony E, get the Fusion, because its the cheapest out there for its build. If you want flawless AF, spend the money on the METABONES adapter, or go with native Sony lenses since they have more sophisticated AF tracking tech baked into the lenses. By all means, avoid this FOTODIOX FUSION PLUS GARBAGE.
