The Bi-Color 480 LED 2-Light Kit with Stands from Neewer is an economical, reliable solution to various lighting requirements. The package is built around two 10 x 10.4 x 1.9" Bi-Color 480 Panels, each with a white diffuser, AC adapter, 6.2' light stand, and a carrying case.

The Bi-Color 480 Panels have color temperature that's variable from 3200 to 5600K to match other fixtures, blend in with prevailing ambient light conditions, or just for creative expression. The lights are dimmable too, from 25 to 100%. The panel's CRI rating of 96 is an indicator of accuracy in color rendering, and the Bi-Color 480s run on 110 to 130 VAC via the included adapters but you can also operate them on optional Sony NP-F550 or NP-F970 batteries when mains power is unavailable.

Dimmable Bi-color LED Light
240 White and 240 yellow LEDs output a variable tungsten to daylight balance of 3200 to 5600K. Two separate knobs adjust the color temperature and the light intensity.
AC/DC Power Options
Power the light with the included 110-130 VAC adapter or optional Sony NP-F550 or NP-F970 batteries for cable-free operation.
Aluminum Light Stands
The stands are made from aluminum alloy for reliable strength and heavy-duty work. Their maximum height is 6.2' and folded length is 36". Sturdy locking knobs ensure the safety of your lighting equipment.

Be careful what batteries you buy

While these do use the Sony NP-970 battery, you need to get the Neewer branded ones. I have 1 Neewer and two Powerextra versions of the same battery, and only the Neewer one will snap into place. The grooves in the Powerextra batteries don't match up correctly with the battery plate on the back of the lights. You can push as had as you like, and hope it will make contact, but don't count on it staying connected. Also, one bag to carry the lights and stands would've been nice. I'm a wedding videographer, so plugging them in is not an option.

pretty good bang for your buck imo. the lights and stands both seem like they're well made. have already taken my lights back and forth between my home studio and my actual workspace several times with no issues. setting them up is super easy and so far they seem like they can take the constant up and down while i'm moving them around. might look into getting batteries for them just to eliminate the cables when i'm using them away from home, but we'll see. not too worried about it now.

These lights are a must have for video making. Right out of the box, they had a good, high quality feel to them. Set up was a breeze - nothing complicated there. They were even brighter than I had expected from 480 LED. I really have yet to find any downside to them. My youtube vids are looking fresh!

Lots of greencast, a screw on the side of one locked up after a few months. Great power and versatility for the cost, dont belong anywhere near even a mid level set though

These lights come with everything you need except a battery pack for cordless use. They are light weight and extremely portable.super stoked.

I just bought these, and they look wonderful, ...

I just bought these, and they look wonderful, Can't figure out where the power plugs in, though. Can you show me where to plug in the power? There's a little silver ring that looks like it might be it, but the attachment did not go in easily.

The silver ring just to the right of the toggle switch is the power port. The connector fits in snugly. You may have to twist it in or apply a little pressure the first few times. Mine wotks great I am very happy with the lights.

What barn doors will fit on these lights. I see that there are four screw holes in the front to mount but there are so many to choose from. Can you provide a link to the barn doors that will fit this set?

I see a 1/4 screw mount on the stand. Do the lights have a 1/4" receiver? Do they screw-mount onto the stands? Or is it a 5/8" receiver mount?

The lights have a 5/8" receiver, but the stands come with 1/4"-20 threading for use with other accessories you might or might not have. :) In this case, they will not be used with any of the items in the kit.
