Intuit QuickBooks Premier 2019 lets you easily track inventory, monitor expenses, and generate invoices for your business. This Windows-based software program comes with a perpetual license for a single user and is delivered via a boxed DVD. Once installed, QuickBooks Premier helps you make better business decisions by giving you a full picture of your business performance. When compared to QuickBooks Pro, this Premier edition offers the same features as Pro as well as industry-specific templates, cost tracking, and sales orders creation. These templates provide specific tools and reports designed for nonprofits, retail, manufacturing, and other industries. Other notable features included with Premier are support for up to five users along with setting product and service prices by customer type.

This 2019 version of QuickBooks Premier lets you upgrade or transfer QuickBooks files to a new computer, keep track of sick and vacation time accurately, easily view what you owe vendors, and transfer a customer's credits between jobs. To help improve the loading time of opening your company's records, QuickBooks Premier guides you through trimming through unneeded information from the data, so you can reduce the file's size. A backup of the file can be created before you trim information such as audit trails and individual transactions. In addition to reducing file size, real-time invoice statuses are offered with a history window that provides dates when invoices were sent, viewed, and paid, allowing you to make timely collections.
