The PCN102UP Lens Plate for Nikon AF-S 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR from Photo Clam mounts to the lens' tripod foot via its 1/4"-20 thread, and it provides a quick release mount that is compatible with Arca-type heads and clamps. The front end of the plate is machined with an anti-twist flange that the foot sits up against and prevents the lens from moving while mounted to the plate.
