Yes, its pricey, but it really makes things happen with the Olympus FL-700WR Electronic Flash. This remote falls under the heading of if you going to do it right, you need it.

Will FC-WR Wireless Radio Flash Commander work with the Olympus FL-90 & 600 flashes ? Jim

The commander is only directly compatible with the FL700-WR. If you wish to use the commander with the other flashes, you will need to get the FR-WR Flash Receiver.

Is this transmitter working on Panasonic GH5 to command an Olympus FR-WR Wireless Radio Flash Receiver bundled with Olympus FL-900R?

NO The FC-WR Flash Comander is not compatible with the GH-5. Since this model camera was released long before the FC-WR and FR-WR it would require a Firmware update for the GH5
