Providing one year of coverage, this manufacturer protection plan includes accidental damage protection. Replace damaged drones up to two times during the protection plan's duration. And, thanks to free two-way shipping, you'll be back in the air in no time.

Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. The first replacement fee is $209; the second is $329.

DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it is a brand new and un-activated aircraft or an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.

Product Replacement

If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.

Applicability

Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, please ensure that the DJI Care Refresh purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least one replacement left. After DJI Care Refresh + is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh + will be bound to your product automatically and comes into effect within 24 hours. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh + is valid for one year and does not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product's warranty period is immediately extended after you receive the service agreement for DJI Care Refresh + and has the same expiration date as the replacement service.
