WD SN750 Internal SSD Reviews
Great bang for your buck!
My old ssd gave out and i replaced it with this. So far it's been great! Just what I needed
Better than 970 evo
Great drive, temps on par with 970 evo, and better performance!
Good value, great performance
A good solid performer at a reasonable price.
Fast, Western Digital quality
SN750 or SN850 will do you well. I installed this as the primary OS drive on my laptop. I run Windows and Linux on it no problem. It is quick, and doesn't seem to overheat even in the small space. I like that it comes with TLC memory, so it should last. Comes with a good warranty.
Solid as a rock
Solid transfer speeds, solid temperatures, Solid price. I needed a SSD that can handle large file copies or exports without thermal issues and or without fluctuating transfer speeds to HDD standards when the transfer is large (talking 500 to 800GB file transfers). And this drives does exactly that. Very happy with my purchase.
Was putting in a 4 year old workstation. The included cache was more important than the fastest transfer rate of the 770 as the application would have bottlenecks to those speed and benefit from the cache. It replaced a Crucial P2 and the performance jump was significantly more than expected.

WD does not actually have a 5 year warranty on this. its actually 1 year and their system will not even let you check that. after a year its dead to them. assume a 1 year only if you are choosing a ssd like this. I cant speak to other options. Note BH has been cool but its out of their hands. WD is shady on this. luck.
WD warranty system is a black hole. good luck if yours dies
so far as i can tell these M.2 drives are not covered under a warranty. the automated WD systems dont acknowledge that WD makes these devices. Tried to contact WD about these but no luck there either. Tried Sandisk as well but no joy there. My failed just over 1 year from purchase. 1 star just for WD. My fail was likely bad luck.
