Once the battery of the unit runs out, just connect the power plug to the unit first then plug it to the power outlet and charge it for at least 8 hours.

Can you link two of these together with the appropriate link cable?

You could run the RCA mix output from the first speaker to the RCA Line Input on the second. That will send all audio from speaker 1 to speaker 2. Please note, you can only use the wireless mics from the first speaker set though, as turning on the second speakers mics would cancel out the first set.
