Will this drive work in acer predator triton 700 in a raid 0 configuration?
I imagine so if that PC has 2 M.2 slots that are compatible and using both wont compromise other slots like Sata ones you may want.
However these drives are so fast I cannot imagine what could be gained by that. Unless just going for some benchmark.

Does this ssd support Asus S300MA-DH701 Desktop Computer ??
Techs specs says there is an M.2 expansion slot available for storage:
"1x M.2 connector for storage"
https://www.asus.com/us/Displays-Desktops/Tower-PCs/Everyday-use/ASUS-S300MA/techspec/
However you probably want to open the case and check that the port is actually available. It's possible that the M.2 is already used by your current NVME SSD

NAS Cache question: Looking to use this or WD Red SN700 as a SSD cache for my Synology DS1821+ (currently in use with data on HDD) and was wondering if adding these will remove current data on HDD?
No, adding a cache drive to a NAS unit will not in any way affect the data stored within the array. Cache drives are used to improve performance and are separate from the NAS's main storage pool.

What's the temperature range of it? I understand it will work fine in a PC because of better cooling system. Would you suggest to use it in a laptop? Or you would suggest another model?
Did you visit Samsung's web site to look for this information? I'm using one in a laptop without any problem, but then, I haven't ever left this sitting on the dashboard of a black pickup with the windows closed, parked in Phoenix at midday in July and expected it to work.
