Will the Nikon WR-R11b fit into the Accessory Port (left side of camera) with this L bracket installed?
Asked by: Jim
Yes, I do it all the time If you are on a tripod, the camera will have to be offset some to allow for clearance of the cable. There is plenty of bite left over. The bracket never comes off of the camera. Also, the bracket works fine with the Z7II as well.

Not directly. The Peak standard plate needs to be added to the bottom of the L bracket ( there is a 1/4-20 female thread) so it can attach to the capture clip.

can someone explain it why the RRS L plates don't have the safety screws?
Asked by: Ken
because they are machined to perfectly fit your camera and don't come loose. I have used these products for over 25 years and have never had a problem. You still have to have common sense and make sure the screw stays tight and you properly mount it on the tri-pod head.
