I purchased this adapter a while back when it was first available, like the other reviewer I found that my lenses didn't quite line up. There are three small grub screws around the adapter that can be loosened with a small hex key, once loose the threaded part of the adapter can be moved and the lens can be lined up. There are cheaper options out there but it's a decent adapter that fits both camera and lenses well, don't let the possibility of misalignment worry you as it's a quick fix.
Adapter doesnt center the lens focal and aperture reading

The adapter feels great but I am really disappointed after waiting so long for this to actually ship. You can see in the photo I attached; the Kipon adapter doesnt center the lenses focal measurement or aperture, its receiver was manufactured so that when any lens is screwed into the Kipon adapter the focal and aperture readings are on the left underside of the camera which is really bizarre. Sending this back not worth the wait or price.
