SpyderX Elite allowed me to calibrate my three monitors at the same time. Now they all display the same image with same colors, even when they are not the same model. Will need a USB A extension cable if the farthest monitor is more than 4 ft. away.

Surprising easy to use

Decades ago I used an earlier version of this and remember having more fails than successes. Needless to say I had some trepidation regarding this version, but the price was right to give it a chance. So far I've used it to calibrate my LG Gram laptop I used almost exclusively for photo post, and to match and calibrate the two monitors on my desktop workstation I used mostly for video post. While I did have some issues resetting one of the monitors which caused me to start over, that's not on the Spyder X. When I did my part correctly, it was a relatively quick and easy process with excellent results, no fails. If you want to be sure you are getting the most out of your monitors, quick and simple, this is worth the investment.

I didn't realize how far off the color was on my monitor. Calibration is easy with the step by step wizard. Took about 10 min for the first time. Will be less if i do it again. I defiantly recommend this for anyone wanting good color from your monitor. You spend a lot of time editing photos, why not get the same results when they are printed. Wish I would have done this sooner.

For someone like me who has long fretted about the color accuracy of my monitor, this colorimeter, on sale, was a no-brainer. I had resisted getting a calibrator because I did not know if it would work with my relatively inexpensive monitor. The lower price temped me to give it a go and I'm pleased with the results and the peace-of-mind of having done the calibration. A bonus is it is easy to use.

If you do post production, you need to calibrate your monitor. That simple. I choose the Elite version for the unlimited monitors and display matching features.

I've known that I should be calibrating my monitors for some time now, but I was hesitant not knowing how involved it was, what technical acumen I needed to have, and how all works. This is download software, register, plug device in and boom let it do it's thing!! I can't believe how off my colors were! But I only had to do maybe 1 thing while the program did the rest. Don't wait, you can do it!

Fairly easy to set up and use. It did give me an error message about white balance that the included documentation didn't explain. A quick Google informed me that I just needed to turn off HDR on my screen and I was up and running.

This calibration device is not worth purchasing. The software is clunky, and is not compatible with two or more screens. By that I mean that it is supposed to be compatible with multiple displays, but the functionality is bugged. The software is riddled with error messages regardless of how many times it is reinstalled. Unfortunately I will have to purchase another, different calibration tool.
