Yes, you will have access to the switches on the side of the lens, especially the image stabilization.

Unfortunately no, it will not fit the RF version. Currently no one makes an RF compatible lens coat but we will list one with the RF lens when/if one becomes available.

Will this allow the Canon-supplied lens hood cover for the 600mm IS III to be used over the top of the LensCoat camo cover?
The question is not about the hood, but about whether the hood with the lens coat camo would still allow the use of the Canon hood cover to protect the end of the lens when the hood is stored in the reverse position.
