question

Its rated for a max load of 5 lbs, are they being conservative or is 5 really all it can handle?
Asked by: salvador t.
I usually use a strobe & soft box combo and find it is very well made and not flimsy as Impact bargain (good for very light setup) You will need substantial counterweights and it can probably go up to 10 lbs or more depending on extension

question

Will this work with the 6x Litepanel 1x with soft box?
Asked by: Kevin O.
Ive used it for an AD360 with 26 & 12x55 quick opening softboxes without issue. I think those setups come in at about 5 lbs or so. It looks like the Litepanels 6x is about 6.5 lbs so it may be dependent on how much you extend the boom.
