This Lens Mount Adapter from Viltrox is designed to allow a Canon EF or EF-S-mount lens to be used with a Canon EF-M mount camera with full electronic communication. Hi, I was looking for adapter for my canon m50 camera and I saw this adaptor is cheaper than original canon brand, what is difference between canon manufacture and your brand name, does it affect quality of the video or picture if I use non original canon adaptor ? Thanks,

Yes, the Viltrox EF-EOS M Lens Mount Adapter for Canon EF or EF-S-Mount Lens to Canon EF-M-Mount Camera will work with the Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera (B&H # CAEM502B), though using the Sigma Zoom Normal-Telephoto 55-200mm f/4-5.6 DC Autofocus Lens for Canon Digital EOS (B&H # SI5520045CAF) may cause the edges of the image to vignette.

Yes it is, but highly recommended to leave on if using a Heavy Lens on EOS-M50 and tripod. I would attach tripod to this point for better stability.
