I bought the MTB413B 2/3" to 1/3" Bayonet Adaptor. I waited too long to return it. It cuts off most of the wide range. It's like 10mm instead of the 6.7mm wide on the lens.
Question: Is the Kipon not as deep so it will not cut off the wideness? I'm using it for my Panasonic HPX300.

This is not because of the adapter, but because a 1/3" sensor is much smaller than the 2/3" sensor the lens was designed for. The lens is covering a smaller sensor and you are losing the wider range. This will be true with any adapter you use to put a 2/3" lens on a 1/3" camera.
