Multi-Point Connection

This technology lets you pair the TUNE 500BT headphones with two Bluetooth-compatible devices, so you can quickly and easily switch between the two with a simple press of a button. No more re-pairing or needing a separate set of headphones for the second device. For example, while watching a video on your tablet, you can switch to your phone to answer an incoming call, or while playing a mobile game on your phone, you can easily switch to a video conference call on your laptop.

Battery Life

On a full charge, the JBL TUNE 500BT headphones can run for up to 16 hours. Recharging them fully only takes approximately two hours, but you can speed charge them to get one hour of use with just five minutes of charging.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Our JBL Tune 500BT doesn't support MS Teams, Skype, or other similar services. Is there any solution to what has already been posted here? I bought this device in order to be able to use them for my work meetings, and so far thet are completely worthless.... i bought it as a complete headset not just to listen to music!

I got the JBL T500 yesterday and there is a white noise when the volume is low and it never stops . I returned them for a new pair and they do the exact same. I dont even know if i can return this pair.

You could isolate this issue by pairing a different source device or try to disconnect the paired device and check if it still has the noise.

Does Aux cable output only work when the battery is completely dead? I tried connecting the Aux cable while Bluetooth is off, but my two Windows devices won't recognize it.

Our Bluetooth headphones are necessary to operate, whether it is to connect to a device or Powering on the BT device. So without a battery, if you connect Aux also it won't work. Please check to see if the AUX cord is firmly connected to both devices. If this does not work and are only two rings, your cord is not compatible. Why this phone doesn´t functional with windows 10? If we able the mic and phone in Teams, Zoom or other app, the voice is robotized.
