Whether in a unicast or multicast configuration, the Kramer KDS-EN6 video encoder lets you stream high-resolution video, audio, and control signal over a standard 1G IP network, making it well suited for use in educational facilities, clubs, corporate offices, and more. It features an HDMI input, an RJ45 Ethernet output, HDCP 2.2 compliance, and support for video sources up to DCI 4K60 (4:2:0).
It also provides a 3.5mm line input, analog audio embedding/de-embedding, and support for 7.1 surround sound formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The KDS-EN6 can be controlled via an embedded web UI, OSD menu, and open API, enabling convenient reconfiguration in a variety of environments. Housed in a MegaTools enclosure, the KDS-EN6 may be operated on PoE or an external power supply (available separately).
