This version of the Thumbs-Up has a nice upgrade - it has a hex screw on top to lock it to the camera hot shoe. The previous version was friction fit only. One potential downside is that it covers the Leica Q-P text on the hot shoe, but really that is just slightly cosmetic. Honestly it looks great and is not ever coming loose. My setup is the EP-SQ2, Leica Q Protector and the Leica wrist strap 19563. I might add the Match Technical lens cap, but not sure I need it.

The correct one for the Q-P in Matt Black which is not available in the UK Expensive taking into account postage and customs Delivery was quick and the purchase was very easy It looks good provides additional support with minimal weight

I have a Thumbs Up Grip for my Leica Q, and I lost the little Allen wrench that comes with it. Does anyone know the size of the Allen wrench so I can replace it? Is it 2.5 mm, 3 mm? I can't tell. Thanks in advance.
The Hex key size for the Match Technical EP-SQ2 Thumbs Up Grip for Leica Q (Typ 116) is 3/32 size. The following wrench set comes with multiple size hex including the 3/32 size.
