As many reviewers have noted, the adapter is very weak and doesn’t feel very secure. It is thin plastic and somewhat difficult to attach to the GR III unless you are looking carefully at the alignment dots, typical of most lens attachments. I wish they had made this easier to attach in a fail-proof way without having to look down.

Can the GA-1 take the GT-2 Tele Conversion Lens? I was wondering if that will allow the GT-2 to be used on GR III. Thanks.
According to Ricoh, the GT-2 Telephoto Conversion Lens is only compatible with the GA-2 (which is only compatible with the GRIIIx).
