How do you charge a device with the USB-C port? ...

How do you charge a device with the USB-C port? Specs clearly say that there are three output charging ports and two input ports. The C appears to be bi-directional based on that. When I plug my phone into the C port, the phone says it is charging the device. It works great off of the standard USB port, but I can't find a way to charge my phone via the C port. A big part of getting this battery was the 3 outputs. Disappointed...

The USB C port on this power bank is an input/output port. You would be able to use it to charge phones/tablets, as well as charge the power bank itself.

What does the button for charge management do?

What does the button for charge management do?
Asked by: Greta
The sole function of the switch is to allow the user to determine the state of charge when the power bank is not connected. When the power bank is not connected, pressing the switch turns the LEDs on for a few seconds to allow viewing of the state of charge. Nothing more. The power bank comes on automically when plugged in, whether to charge itself or to charge something else. It goes off automatically when disconnected.
