I just timed it a brand new kit with the included battery: 1hr 15m So, given any temp variance- at least 1 hour

How strong is this light if I need to light a subject in daylight outdoors, filling in shade if using the sun as a hair light?

This light is capable of 1100 lux at 1 meter. Balancing to the sun is a very complex thing as it can vary based on time of day and other conditions.
