not reliable. this is the first time any ram chip failed on me in almost 4 decades of upgrading and building computers. owc tactics for warranty is to require invoice details and to require personal info to create account with them. it's a way to make obtaining service too difficult for customer. lifetime warranty means it doesn't matter when or where I bought it, or who I am.

I am a relatively new customer; got the Payboo card, purchased some needed owc stuff, I'm a satisfied customer. I look forward to many future purchases.

Bought these to upgrade my new Imac 27 because the ones I've been using on my other Imac are working fine. Blazing fast. Easily installed myself.

Seldom do I need assistance from the team at B&H. This time, upgrading the memory on my MAC, I became a bit nervous so I called. Minutes later I had the advice I needed. I was actually talked down from spending too much for the needs I have. I am now upgraded and screaming ahead with my work. Thanks,

It is so easy to upgrade memory in an Apple product. I upgraded my memory from 4GB in two slots to 16GB in two slots. It took 10 minutes. I am not a techie, but I can follow directions. I never pay high prices for upgraded memory, OWC products are 75% less costly than the name brand and performance is excellent.
