Perfect combo!

I recently bought this combo to use for my atomos ninja v and it works perfect. The batteries last long and aren't a low quality battery. The charger is perfect to see the levels of the charge which helps with changing out batteries for the atomos during a shoot. Highly recommend this combo and watson batteries!

I use these to power Ninja Vs and Mixpre 10 mk2. I can make it through long shoots without worrying about losing power. I've been using Watsons for almost a decade and find the brand pretty reliable. Out of 3 dozen LP and NP Watson batteries, only one of them went bad and could only be powered up to 65% after a year or two. So my experience has been that they have pretty decent quality control, generally speaking.

Long lasting

I used this with a Blind Spot dummy/gear to power my Nikon during a night shoot. As others mentioned, the battery took several hours to charge, but the setup worked great! Plenty of power and I didn't have to worry about swapping batteries (and possibly shifting camera position) in the middle of time lapse. Will definitely keep this in the bag for longer shoots.

No, it's not as good as the Sony version but it's a hell of a lot cheaper.

Yes, you can use the battery to power your Ninja V. I don't think I've put it on my Ninja V yet and have kept with the 550/570/750/770 batteries because of the smaller size (less weight), but there is no reason it wouldn't work. I have never had an issue with any of my various sizes and brands of NP-F batteries not working on something, whether it's a monitor/recorder, a light, an audio recorder, etc. So just keep the weight in mind. You might be better off using a smaller, lighter battery if you're Ninja V is on a swivel head and you're doing run-and-gun type work. If you're locked off on a tripod for a long interview, for example, maybe it would be nice to have extra long run time.

We have seen these go to up to 4 hours, but we tend to lean on the more conservative estimate of 3.5 hours, since depending on modes of operation, more power may be drawn.
