    Sunpak MZ-440AF reviews

MZ-440AF TTL Flash for Sony/Minolta Cameras is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sturdy? . . . NOT! I have owned two MZ-440AF flashes for the Minolta Maxxum. Both of them broke in two different places. The door for the batteries broke on the first one. On the second one, the shoe mount itself broke. The flash works fine but if not handled VERY gently, it will EASILY break! Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again and again I am very happy with my new flash. I use it in my work (I'm teacher in a school) with very good results. I recommend it for not very large spaces (concert halls or classrooms too large). The diffusion of light is excellent. Very good at ISO 100 (125, 200) and amazing to ISO 400 (800). Great device for a very good price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has been a fine little flash I've had this for years--used it with my 9xi and now with a 7D. It gives better exposures than my Sigma flash costing 3x as much. As for the sturdiness, I haven't experienced any problems in that area, either. A decent bargain.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sunpak 44AF Sony/Minolta Very Cheap thin Plastic. I sent it back because they sent me a 44AF Pentax which does not work with Sony Cameras. I did get my refund immediately and an apology from the customer service person. It was not his fault, it was Sunpac. B & H is a great place to buy camera equipment.
