Any tips on adjusting the focus point? After updating lens firmware it was at +1. No where does it explain what the + and - settings will achieve.

The lens will need visual calibration. This will be the 2nd step and you will need a lens calibration board to set up normal parameters on your lens. Can this be used to upgrade Sigma Sony lenses?

No, the Rokinon Lens Station for Sony E is only for specific Rokinon E mount lenses. It does not work with Sigma brand lenses.
