The PT4500-SDI Professional 15" High-Bright Teleprompter Travel Kit from ikan includes the teleprompter and a wheeled waterproof hard carry case. The PT4500-SDI prompter includes three different camera mounts supporting everything from a DSLR/mirrorless to ENG camera. The teleprompter base offers multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads for mounting on a tripod or pedestal. Rod-mount counterweights and supporting rods are included, and the PrompterPro 4 Windows/Mac prompting software is provided as a free downloaded from the ikan website.
The 15" monitor features a 1000 cd/m² high-brightness display with a 1280 x 1024 resolution. It has 3G-SDI, HDMI, and VGA inputs and provides a 17' reading range. The prompter and all its accessories come in three layers of custom foam that fit into the packaged SKB iSeries 2217-12 case, which protects from water, impact, dirt, and dust. The case has a retractable extension handle, pressure equalization valve, and padlock slots with padlock protector clips, among other features.

The hood slides in vertically between the monitor and camera mount and is secured by thumbscrews. All the components come in three stackable layers of foam that can be fit in the optional SKB iSeries 2217-12 waterproof case.
