The 2.4 GHZ Wireless Follow Focus System from PFY is a compact follow focus system with 2.4 GHz wireless transmission up to 164' away, and it is suitable for use with cameras on gimbals, tripods, and other stabilization systems. It features Zoom In/Out functions for motorized lenses, and it also allows you to record with a single click on the Start/Stop recording button. You can calibrate the motor to match the focus throw on the lens, for use with lenses with and without hard stops, and the handwheel features adjustable hard stops. You can mount the handwheel to the side of single-hand gimbals using the included quick release system.
The handwheel has an integrated jog-dial that incorporates a hotkey function allowing you to instantly access a preset feature. The OLED display provides clear data about active mode, battery level, and A to D focus points. The A to D focus point system, named Focus Lapse by PFY, allows you to set up focus marks to hit at predetermined intervals. The system includes a removable glow-in-the-dark focus mark ring for increased visibility. The integrated battery has up to 10 hours of runtime and charges with the included USB cable. The focus motor supports a 7 to 16 VDC voltage range, which is powered directly from the H2 Series, Adventurer, or Maverick gimbal. You may use external power by using the included the D-Tap cable.
