I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews on this unit. It's hard to tell with Youtube reviews, and who's telling the actual truth. These reviews here are not promising. Anyone have a good experience with this unit?

I just bought it and I love it. It has a few small issues, but I can't understand any hate for the arc ii. I was just playing with it and got incredible footage. It will be a central part of my gear bag. If you are on the fence, I recommend getting it.

Focus is $350 additional. I recommend getting it. I'm a customer and paid for the entire kit. It's a pricey piece of gear, but based on what I've done in my practice with it, I love it so far.
