Powered by a 1.6 GHz AMD A4-9120C Dual-Core processor and 4GB of 2666 MHz PDDR4 RAM, the Chromebook 11A G6 EE can multitask and quickly access frequently used files and programs. For storage, it's equipped with 32GB of eMMC flash memory. Should you need more, you can connect external storage solutions using its two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Aside from data transfers, the Type-C ports can be used for charging, power delivery, and video output via the DisplayPort protocol.

Its 11.6" WLED BrightView IPS display, driven by integrated AMD Radeon R4 graphics, has a 1366 x 768 resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and viewing angles of 85/85/85/85°. The display is also a touchscreen, allowing users to take advantage of the supported multi-touch gestures that are built within Chrome OS. Google Chrome OS is a Linux-based operating system designed by Google to work exclusively with web applications. It enables access to thousands of education Android apps. The HP Chromebook 11A G6 EE combines the aspects of a pure cloud client with the hardware of a traditional portable computer, which puts it in its very own class of netbook and notebook computers. Included with this Chromebook is a 45W USB Type-C AC adapter and its rechargeable 2-cell / 47.36Wh lithium-ion battery lasts for up to 10 hours before recharging is required. Thanks to HP Fast Charge, the battery can be recharged up to 90% in 90 minutes.

Chrome OS

Using Linux as a base, Google designed Chrome OS to work exclusively with web applications. The user interface takes a minimalist approach, which greatly resembles the Google Chrome web browser.
