This 2-in-1 light delivers a soft 360° glow in lantern mode or a bright, focused beam from the flashlight on its top side. There's also red light with two settings. The steady setting allows you to accomplish after-dark tasks while preserving night-acclimated vision and the flashing setting signals in an emergency.
Made of durable polycarbonate thermoplastic with an elastomer overmold on the top and base, the Siege X USB is powered by one Streamlight 18650 USB-rechargeable battery, and can also run on two disposable CR123 cells. It has a carry handle and a hanging ring. The power button is recessed, to prevent accidental activation in your pack, and serves as a four-stage battery power indicator. A little rain during your outing won't be a problem; the lantern is IPX7-rated, and submersible to 3.3' for 30 minutes with no damage. It's also tested to withstand drops from 6.6'.
