Anyone able to get consistently smooth pans on this? I get frequent jumps. It doesn't rotate smoothly on the 20-45 minute pans.
What I meant is that in the resulting time lapses you capture, it jumps randomly instead of smoothly rotating throughout the time lapse video.

Is this unit and app compatible with iphone 11 pro Max?
I actually purchased one of these units. When it arrived I connected it to my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. It needed a firmware update. No matter how many hoops I jumped through, it might get to 100% on the firmware, but then would show a error when I tried to use it. I finally tried it on my old iPhone 7 Plus and it updated fine. Then I TrueDepth connecting the Genie II to my Canon 6D Mark II. The unit would rotate as it should, but would not fire the camera. It simply wouldn’t work. I tried to contact their customer support and have yet to hear back from them. I sent the unit back for refund. I would still love to have this unit if it would work, and if the company would stand behind it.
