The L-Plate for FUJIFILM GFX 100 from Really Right Stuff is an Arca-type compatible fixed L-plate that facilitates easier, more stable switching between horizontal and vertical shooting orientations. Laser-engraved center marks on the back of the plate help to keep the camera centered while mounted to the plate. The L-Plate maintains complete access to the battery door and the camera's ports, all without obstruction of the camera's LCD monitor. Moreover, the slotted channel allows you to slide the L-bracket apart from the body to gain more access to the ports if you have the camera mounted in a vertical position. The L-plate attaches to the camera via its 1/4"-20 threaded mount, but a secondary attachment point is also available with the strap lug anchor at the top of the L-plate. The CNC-machined plate has a durable Type II black anodized finish and two QD sockets for quick-detach strap systems.

The L plate fits perfectly and is very easy and fast to put on and take off. It's quite expensive, but so is the camera and I want the best gear for it.

Didn't think this would be that great on the GFX. It looks bulky and big but it really isn't. I actually really enjoy the vertical grip better with it. and its completely solid with the upper screw lock.
Perfect fit and security
Fits perfectly with access to all doors. Additional unexpected protection provided by included film to stick onto camera base (protects from scratches from bracket) and screw that goes through top eyelet to keep base tight and secure. Provides strap connection where eye hole to hold strap is used by this screw. Great product.

While all the RRS line is a bit pricey.....I love the convenience of being able to go from portrait to landscape in the flick of the release lever and not losing time to fiddling with the tripod to recompose. I have these for my Nikons and these days buy them for all my cameras. I shoot models and if being able to switch orientation quickly is something key to your work.....this is a MUST HAVE. Well made and a real time saver!! Highly recommend.
