would this work with a camera that will weight around 14-17lbs?
It will not, the minimum capacity for this system is 17 pounds. If you are going to be in the 14-17 pound range you'd want to look at the Easyrig Cinema 3 300N instead, which is between 11 to 17 pounds.

I have a panasonic cx 350, would this camera work with this rig?
Yes, the top handle of the Panasonic CX350 has mounting points that will allow you to attach either the 1/4 20 stud from the Easyrig 400N Standard Cinema 3 quick release. However we suggest looking at the Easyrig MiniMax for your camcorder the weight support is more inline to the weight of the CX350 when using the Easyrig MiniMax.

question
Looking at purchasing the DJI Ronin M compact stabilizer. I want an easy rig to use with it to save my back. I am using Canon camera's on the stabilizer. Which easy rig would work best and not break the bank?
I have used the Easy Rig, found it to be a good design and feel it would be well suited for the Ronin M flying Canon cameras/lenses.In time, I would imagine you will wish to also consider the Flowcine line of products to make the camera super smooth and yet not break your back or exhaust your arms.http://bhpho.to/1LCBcsvIn action:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmVUOdtks2w
