Hexadecagon is a bewildering word, but what it translates to in the case of the GVM Parabolic Softbox Light Dome is a large 35" diameter, 24.4" deep modifier with sixteen support ribs that produces a unique soft but focused quality of light. The Dome has a reflective silver interior that maximizes your light source's output while it's softened by the front diffuser. The diffuser is removable for image makers who'd like to use the softbox as a large, specular reflector. Well-suited for strobe or continuous fixtures, the Parabolic Softbox has a Bowens mount that's compatible with lights from the many manufacturers that employ this popular mount. A carry bag is supplied for storage and transport.
